ABOUT THE INNOCENT LIVES FOUNDATION
The Innocent Lives Foundation is a charitable non-vigilante organization dedicated to identifying child predators, providing specialized training for law enforcement, and education for families. Using advanced online investigative techniques, the ILF team tracks down the worst of humanity such as pedophiles, sexual predators, and human traffickers. This crucial evidence is then accepted by U.S. and international law enforcement to aid in their investigations and prosecutions. Our vision is a world where all children live innocent lives.
What is Fund A Case?
One metric that we use at the ILF for success is the number of cases that are investigated by our Predator Identification Team (PIT) and are accepted by law enforcement. It is important to note that a case does not equal a predator. In fact, one predator will affect 5-9 children on average. A serial predator can affect up to 400 children.
What does it cost?
You have the power to protect these children. The cost of investigation and processing a case for law enforcement is $5000. You can choose to fund a case by choosing a onetime donation of $5000, or a monthly donation of $415 for one year. In return, you will receive updates on the case progress.
What type of information am I provided?
The initial update will include an assigned ILF case number. That case will be assigned to an ILF agent. In order to support our guiding principles of never educate a predator and operate above reproach, we will not provide individual names of the agent, predator, or any victims. We use descriptive terms for the general location and demographics involved.
The second update will be provided when the ILF has made a successful ID of the predator, or, if the predator cannot be identified with a high degree of confidence, that case will be suspended, and you will receive a new case ID.
The third update will be provided when the case has been accepted by law enforcement. This involves ILF communication and partnership with law enforcement agencies, a positive identification of the predator, and acceptance of our case submission. We may receive later updates on arrests, but this is not guaranteed. It is dependent upon the agency and officers involved.
The fourth update is a digital and physical case report and any further updates provided by law enforcement.
Is the donation tax deductible?
Yes. The ILF is a 501(C)(3) organization. Our tax forms and financial information are made available on our website.
Is the donation required as a lump sum?
No. Donations may be a one-time donation or may be broken up into increments.
Is this restricted to individual donors?
No. We often have community groups gather as a fundraising team.
Is my information shared online?
Only if you choose so. We are grateful for support and would like the ability to thank you via social media, but we do not disclose your involvement beyond simply stating that you funded a case, and we thank you.
Are there other ways to donate to the ILF?
Yes. We accept one-time and recurring donations, and individuals who donate $25 monthly are automatically eligible for the ILF Hero Program.
